If you are a United States citizen, age 14-17 (teen contestants) or 18 - 28 (miss contestants) and you have lived in Woonsocket as your permanent and primary residence for a period of at least three (3) months immediately prior to the beginning of the pageant.

If you have lived in Woonsocket as a full-time student at a school and have completed one entire semester, trimester or summer session immediately prior to December 31, and will continue to reside in the city as a full-time student at that same school.

Pageant Criteria
You must not be married, never have been married, and never have had a marriage annulled. You must never have given birth to a child, cannot be pregnant or be a parent or guardian of any other adult or minor person. You must be of good health and moral character. You must meet all criteria to participate in the Miss RI USA and Miss RI Teen USA State Pageants.
The Miss RI USA and Miss RI Teen USA State Pageants
